What it looks at
- Interests. The work you would choose when nobody is watching. Holland's model.
- Thinking strengths. Pattern, spatial, number and speed tasks that adjust to you. The CHC model.
- Personality. How you tend to act, most and least like you. The Big Five.
- Values. What you want work to give back.
- Readiness. How you think about and plan for working life.
- Real situations. What you would actually do in situations from Indian school and early work.
- Your context. Family, exposure and location, used to shape advice and never to score you.
How it is worked out
- Every answer is kept. What was asked, what you chose, in what order, all readable in My answers.
- One fixed rule scores it. Published, versioned, the same for everyone.
- Close calls are called close. Rushed or contradictory answers lower confidence, and the report says so.
- AI explains, and is checked. Every sentence it writes is checked against your numbers and marked as written by an AI.

- The working is public. Every weight and threshold is published, so a counsellor can check any number.
- Built on published research. Holland, the Big Five, the CHC model, O*NET and IPIP, used as published.
- Says what it cannot do. No exam prediction, no percentiles, no promises, on every page.

Do I pay before I start?

Can I stop and come back?
Yes. Progress saves after every answer; timed items restart from the start of that item.
Is this a ranking against other students?
Your results come from your answers alone, with a stated confidence. There are no percentiles.
What if the report feels wrong?
Every line shows the answers behind it. If you rushed, the report says so and offers a retake window.
Do you earn from the courses you recommend?
Nothing in the ranking is paid for, and we earn nothing from anything you choose afterwards.
Who can see my answers?
You, your parent if you are under 18, and a university only if you took Campus Fit through it and chose to share.
